When can I expect to receive my package?
We have two forms of shipping: standard and rush.
Standard: 5-7 business days
Rush 1-2 business days

When will my order ship?
As soon as your order is processed, we will ship it. This can sometimes take from 1-2 business days. If you need to expedite your shipping, please contact our team at contact@lifeinô.com with your order number, name and address.
Where does Ô ship?
We currently ships to the most of the states in the U.S with the exception of South Dakota (we are working on it, don’t worry!)

Are the products vegan?
Yes, at Ô we understand how pivotal it is to have a 100% vegan product so we developed them that way.
Are you cruelty free?
Of course! We do not test on animals nor we will ever do. Our products are certified cruelty-free.
Does your products contain parabens?
We are committed being transparent, from the manufacturing practices to the ingredients our products are made with, and for that reason we are proud to announce our products are parabens free.

How do I place a return or exchange?
We are sorry to hear our products did not meet your expectations! You can email our team at contact@lifeinô.com, so we can help you return or exchange your products.
What’s your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order.
How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 10-15 business days to appear on your statement.

How can I cancel an order?
If you want to cancel your order you can send an email to contact@lifeinô.com with your general information (name, address) and your order number so we can go ahead and cancel the order for you.
